How to use: Begin by finding a comfortable position on the sofa, floor, or bed. Lightly swipe your fingers over the balm and apply it directly to your feet and lower legs. Massage the balm in firmly, using your thumbs to apply gentle pressure to areas of tension or discomfort. Extend the massage to your ankles and calves, ensuring thorough coverage.
To enhance relaxation, stretch your toes back and forth, holding each stretch for a few moments while taking deep breaths. This practice will improve circulation and promote a profound sense of relaxation.
This balm is crafted from natural ingredients and is suitable for use on your face and body. It is wonderful as a night facial balm, with its naturally soothing formula that soothes, protects, and rejuvenates the skin. You can apply it to your palms, rub them together, and then cup them over your face to inhale the soothing aroma. Is 'Sleepy Me' Foot Balm suitable during pregnancy?
Our Sleepy Me Foot Balm is suitable during Pregnancy from 2nd Trimester (After 14 Weeks of Pregnancy). 'Sleepy Me' is wonderful for soothing restless legs and leg cramps during pregnancy, by alleviating discomfort from cramps by improving circulation, by stimulating blood flow, keeping the muscles relaxed and reducing tension. If you do have any medical concerns, it's always best to check with your GP.
Is 'Sleepy Me' Foot Balm suitable for children?
'Sleepy Me' is wonderful for little ones, and it's safe for children 6 months and up. It is an excellent way to promote a good night's sleep and create a comforting bedtime ritual.
