- All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class post. Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail services and location.
Product Information
- Each item is unique and hand printed, which means that slight variations or small imperfections may occur. These are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the individuality of each product.
- Personalised products are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
Returns & Refunds
- For non-personalised products, returns are accepted within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
- Please contact us before returning any items so we can guide you through the process.
