Estimated UK delivery is generally 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery service used. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where a tracked service is used. International Orders International delivery is available on selected products. Delivery costs and times vary according to destination, size and packaging requirements. Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges that may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Returns & Refunds I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an eligible item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be: In their original condition Unused and undamaged Returned in their original protective packaging where possible Once the item has been safely received and inspected, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer rights. Return Postage Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer when returning an item because they have changed their mind. I recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning artwork, as the buyer remains responsible for the item until it has been safely received by Sharon Studio Art. Damaged or Faulty Items If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs of: The artwork The packaging The damage I will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return because they are created specifically for you: Custom or commissioned artwork Personalised pieces Commissioned and personalised artwork is created specifically to your requirements and cannot normally be resold.
