Shipping: Free shipping - For UK orders above £50 Returns: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shooshon.com with the order number and what items you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Craft & Dispatch

Each Shooshon piece is handcrafted in small batches by skilled women artisans using traditional techniques and certified natural fibres.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–4 working days.

You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

All UK orders are sent via a fully tracked delivery service.

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days following dispatch.

Should you require expedited delivery, please contact us prior to purchase and we will endeavour to accommodate your request where possible.

Returns

We hope your Shooshon piece becomes something to treasure. However, should you wish to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• In original condition

• With tags and packaging intact

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the return.

For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may be exempt from return unless faulty.

Faults or Concerns

Every garment is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives with a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs, and we will resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

Care

Shooshon garments are created using natural fibres and traditional techniques. To preserve their beauty and longevity, we recommend gentle hand washing or a delicate wool cycle at low temperature, and drying flat.

With thoughtful care, each piece is designed to be worn, loved and passed on.
