ady us when our bodies need a little extra help in the winter season. Crushed rosehip brings a bright, tangy lift; pine needles add resin‑fresh clarity like a walk through frosted woods. Licorice root threads a soft, mellow sweetness beneath, while ginger and cinnamon bark spark gentle warmth through the middle. Freeze‑dried blackcurrant scatters a tart, berry echo, rounding the blend into a cup that is both lively and comforting. Limited seasonal run — hand‑blended in small, careful batches while the hedgerows rest.
Brewing Use 1.5–2 tsp (≈3–4 g) per 250–300 ml of hot water. Use water just off the boil; cover and steep for 10–12 minutes. Sweeten to taste (delightful with honey).
