Processing Times
Most items are ready to ship within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order or personalised pieces may require up to 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Estimated dispatch times are listed on each product page.
Shipping
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services and are insured at the cost of the item to ensure safe and reliable delivery. You will receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
International orders may incur customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your jewellery, but if you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned within 28 days in their original condition and unworn.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Exceptions: Due to their personalised nature, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Made-to-order pieces
- Custom or bespoke designs
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) unless faulty
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 90 days, please get in touch. We will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate. Proof of issue (photographs) may be required.
Care Instructions
Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time. A soft polishing cloth will help maintain shine. Avoid wearing your jewellery in water, when sleeping, or during strenuous activity to preserve the detail and finish of your handcrafted piece.
