How it works:
- Place your order
- Email a clear photo of the handwriting preferably in a fine black felt tip pen (paper or card is fine)
- I engrave the pendant exactly as written, using my precision fibre laser
- Your personalised necklace is handmade to order in my East Sussex studio

All jewellery is handmade to order in my Sussex studio and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt on unworn items in original packaging.
Buyers have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Personalised or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. If a fault occurs within 30 days, I’ll arrange a prompt repair, replacement, or refund
