All jewellery is handmade to order in my Sussex studio and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt on unworn items in original packaging.
Buyers have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Personalised or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. If a fault occurs within 30 days, I’ll arrange a prompt repair, replacement, or refund
