These are one-of-a-kind trinket dishes that are created from real Atlantic Way oyster shells, sourced from the west coast of Ireland. Each full oyster is hand-painted with a sweeping ocean scene viewed from above — moving from the deep, dark blues of open water, through turquoise shallows, and into soft whites where sea foam meets the shoreline.
The oyster rests balanced on a ceramic tile, forming a unique trinket box. The top shell serves as the lid and features a delicate pearl handle, allowing you to lift and reveal the dish beneath. Every oyster is naturally unique, making each piece truly individual in shape, texture, and painted design.
Both practical and decorative, this oyster shell trinket dish is perfect for holding rings, earrings, or small keepsakes and serves as a beautiful coastal accent for your home. A special piece inspired by the ever-changing colours of the Atlantic Ocean.
Please note, these are wild natural shells from the west coast of Ireland; each one is different in size, shape, and markings. The average shell size is 2″ x 3″, with some shorter and others taller; some wider and others narrower. The artwork is also never the same as each is individually decorated, making them all the more special.
