I'm Eoin, an artist/craftsperson based on the West Coast of Ireland.
I have a passion for creating art that brings joy. My hand-decorated oyster shells are inspired by the wild Atlantic Ocean, visible from my small studio. The shells are local, picked from the shores of Galway Bay, traditional oyster farms and local seafood restaurants, where they might otherwise end up in a landfill. I called my business Oyster Tales as I believe every shell has a unique tale to tell; their shape, size, chips and markings all add to their character.
