Processing & Dispatch Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, this may extend slightly, but we will always keep you informed. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping We use Royal Mail and trusted couriers depending on order size. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during peak seasons.
Returns & Exchanges We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Damages & Issues If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Personalisation Please ensure all personalisation details are correct when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for errors submitted at checkout.
