All items sold by Village Ceramics & Crafts are handmade in small batches or as one-off pieces in our Lincolnshire studio. Due to the nature of traditional craft processes, including raku firing, natural variations in colour, texture and finish are to be expected and are part of the character of each piece.
Orders & Dispatch Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within the timeframe stated on each product listing. If an item is made to order, this will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery We ship within the UK using trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.
Returns & Exchanges If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. As many pieces are one-off, exchanges may not always be possible, but we will always aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Care Information Care guidance is provided with each piece where relevant. Ceramic and glass items are intended for decorative or light domestic use unless otherwise stated.
