Standard Delivery All products are made to order. Once you have placed your order, I will process it as quickly as possible and ship it to you within 5-7 working days. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked 48 service. Refunds I hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition Buyers are responsible for return postage costs Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom orders unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
