Irish moss is a natural source of carrageenan, a polysaccharide that forms a silky, gel-like texture when hydrated.

• Moisture Barrier: It acts as a humectant, drawing moisture into the skin and forming a protective barrier that prevents "trans-epidermal water loss."

• Application: It gives the cream a smooth glide, making it easier to massage into large muscle groups without the sticky or "tacky" residue often associated with pure magnesium oils.
