Allow 5 working days for the order is shipped, otherwise we state otherwise as per above.
In case you have paid and cannot wait for longer you will be fully reimbursed.
Returns policy.
Due to fragile nature of dried flowers we do not accept returns. We provide a care guide in our item descriptions, but cannot control or check the real conditions our florals will be kept in.
If the item gets damage in transit please provide the photo evidence of a damaged package before opening and after opening (with goods in). We insure our packages and need solid evidence of damage. Pictures that has been tampered with with AI or any other software will not be accepted.
Once we accept the pictures of an authentic damage you will be reimbursed in full.
