Stand Guidelines
All companies wishing to take part in the Country Living Shows must submit a stand design for approval by the Country Living Team.
As organisers, we invest a great deal in the overall presentation of the Fair, and we ask exhibitors to create a stylish, boutique feel that complements the Country Living brand while also reflecting their own identity.

We welcome artisans, makers, and small businesses offering high-quality products -from handmade homeware and gifts to fashion, food, and drink.

In fairness to all our exhibitors, we don’t offer individual discounts. However, by joining the Country Living Artisan Collective membership, you’ll receive our best price guarantee when exhibiting at Country Living Shows - ensuring you always get the most competitive rate available.
Included in the cost of your stand is a traditional wooden shell scheme stand with fascia name board and carpet.
Also included in your summer show stand package is one electric socket and WIFI within the Pavilion.
The Country Living Christmas Market, situated at the heart of the event, is where you’ll find our favourite artisans showcasing one-of-a-kind gifts and fabulous products that will make this Christmas truly special. And for 2025, we’re introducing our brilliant New Artisan Gallery, where you’ll find even more great gift ideas from sellers and brands who’ve never exhibited with us before.

This year’s Christmas Market will take place in London’s Business Design Centre from 12-15 November, in partnership with Good Housekeeping Live.

We will once again join forces with Good Housekeeping and combine Christmas shopping with celebrity talks, book signings and a VIP lounge. Our redesigned floorplan will include a new entrance hall, more shopping, and the return of a few festive favourites. We’re excited to share more in due course.
