I'm Leah, the designer behind Contempfleury. From my studio in Devon, I create botanical artwork inspired by flowers, textiles and the British countryside.
Every illustration begins with flowers that I carefully press and preserve before combining them with contemporary embroidery techniques. Using a soft blend of silk and alpaca yarn, I create tactile textile artwork that celebrates the beauty of nature and the joy of handmade craftsmanship.
