This bumblebee pendant has plenty of garden character. Layers of faux suede, velvet and organza give the lightweight textile design a tactile finish and the embroidered detail ensures the bumblebee is striking likeness.
Created in Vikki Lafford Garside’s studio in Witney, Oxfordshire. Faux suede, machine embroidery and hand painting create a lightweight bumblebee pendant with a flexible, dimensional shape. The pendant hangs from a sterling silver chain and bail.
The pendant sits beautifully against a simple neckline.
Each piece is individually made; small variations in colour, stitching and painted detail are part of its character.
Details - Bee pendant: 2.5 cm × 3.5 cm. - Materials: faux suede, sterling silver. - Sterling silver chain: choice of 16 or 18 inches. - Packaging: 9 cm × 9 cm gift box with information about the bee.
Care Avoid submerging in water, high temperatures and prolonged direct sunlight. The flexible wings can be gently reshaped by hand, flattened or brought together to enhance their dimensional shape.
