Flowers have held symbolic meanings throughout the world for centuries, and floriography, or the language of flowers, was especially popular during the Victorian era. Dependent on the blooms chosen, messages could be communicated to a loved one though the meaning of each flower.
The Friend Bouquet Artwork features yellow roses, chrysanthemums and a coffee sprig, and is perfect to show that special friend just how much they mean to you. Each embroidered bouquet is tied with a raffia bow, and can be personalised with a poignant date, making a beautiful keepsake to memorialize life's special moments.
The meaning of each flower:-
Yellow roses are often associated with friendship and joy, and are used to show gratitude and appreciation to a friend or loved one.
Chrysanthemums represent joy, trust and friendship, and are especially important in Japanese and Chinese culture as they are associated with longevity.
Coffee plants are representative of gratitude, whilst coffee beans symbolise sociability, hospitality and friendship.
Available to purchase unframed with a backing board and mount in a protective cellophane bag, or with a white wood frame. Each frame comes complete with high quality styrene/acrylic glazing for safety, which is indistinguishable from glass when displayed.
Please note, we can accommodate short names but please get in touch before ordering to double check if there is enough room for the name can be embroidered onto the tag. Artwork ordered without personalisation will be embroidered without the tag tied to the bouquet stems.
