Wood block printing is a fun and relaxing textile craft with origins in India. With this kit, you will learn how to combine blocks to make a pattern and produce a beautiful hand-printed cotton bag. This is not a regular tote bag, it has a gusset which means it can fit loads in. Great for shopping or as a beach bag.
Suitable for beginners. Recommended age 8+ (under adult supervision).

2 paint pots (30ml each water-based) & sponges
3 hand-carved blocks (designed by us in the UK and hand-carved by artisans in Jaipur, India).

At home you'll need: An iron, paint tray/ plate, paper towel, baking paper, stiff bristle brush.
