How to infuse:
Take 1 tea temple per cup, add boiling water, cover and infuse for 5 - 15 minutes
Add honey to taste (except for babies less than 1 year old)
Herbal teas are a gentle yet effective way to include these wonderful plants in your life. We would recommend the following doses if you are looking to gain the most out of their active constituents:
Adults 3-4 cups a day
Children 8-16 1/2 an adult dosage
Children 2-8 1/3 of an adult dosage.
Children 0-2 1/2 cup of weak infusion sipped throughout the day. This can be in a bottle or added to water.
Create a weaker infusion by leaving your tea temple in the boiling water for a shorter period of time.
