To ensure your throw remains in the best condition for as long as possible, we recommend the following care:
Do not wash your throw in the washing machine. The heat can cause shrinkage, and the spinning can cause loss of shape.
This product is not suitable for bleaching.
When ironing this product, use a cool setting with a max temperature of 110 degrees Celsius.
Cleaning this product will require professional dry cleaning.

Standard Delivery - Once you have placed your order, we will process it as quickly as possible and send it to you within 5-7 working days (but could be sooner). Oscar and Tilly use a tracked service using Royal Mail.
Delivery Charges: UK orders are charged at a flat rate of £4.95. If you order in quantity and there is more than 1 package to deliver you will be charged for the extra package at the flat rate of £4.95.

Should there be any items missing or damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order or we cannot be responsible for any missing or damaged items.
