Returns & Refunds Policy
At Hatherley, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.
Returns
Customers may cancel their online order within 14 days of receiving their goods. Once cancellation has been requested, items must be returned within a further 14 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Hatherley cannot be responsible for items lost in transit when returned by the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method. Standard delivery costs will also be refunded where required by law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at hello@houseofhatherley.co.uk. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Exclusions
Certain items may be exempt from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including sealed personal care products that have been opened and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
