Things to Note:
Store indoors when not in use.
Always ensure your parasol is dry before stowing away in its carry bag.
Wipe clean only with warm soapy water and rinse afterwards with clean water.

Parasol should not be used when there is a risk of high winds.
Delivery
We aim to post out all orders with tracking within 1 working day of accepting your order. If for any reason there will be a delay of a day, we will be sure to contact you.
Returns
If you wish to return your order please make contact via email prior to posting and within 7 days of purchase. I will accept pre-agreed returns on non faulty and un-used parasols in their original packaging only. Return is at the customer's expense and full tracking detail must be supplied. Upon receipt of return and full inspection deeming the item suitable for re-sale, then a refund will be issued.
Damaged Order
I do hope you are pleased with your order! However, if there is a problem with your parasol, please make contact via email within 7 days of purchase, along with images to verify the issue. A return label or exchange will then be organised. Please note that the item should be in the original packaging, and sent via a tracked service as I am unable to accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost in the post.
