Inside the Collection
No Angel – 19.1% ABV
A vintage-style Old Fashioned made with bourbon, sugar syrup and orange bitters, elevated with Jade Perique Tobacco Liqueur—one of the world’s rarest liqueurs.
The Flavour: Smooth bourbon, caramelised sweetness and aromatic bitters, followed by the liqueur’s distinctive smoky, earthy complexity.
Marzipan – 13.5% ABV
Brandy and amaretto are blended with sugar syrup and orange bitters to create a cocktail inspired by the unmistakable flavour of marzipan.
The Flavour: Sweet, nutty and smooth, with warming brandy and a gently citrus finish.
Old Ginger – 20% ABV
BarrelDrop Rum from DropWorks Distillery meets gingerbread syrup and orange bitters in a warm, comforting twist on the classic.
The Flavour: Rich rum and festive gingerbread spice, balanced by aromatic orange bitters. Comfort in a glass.
How to Serve
Each bottle contains 100ml—one generous cocktail serving.
