A beautiful, grounding celebration of form and texture for your home. Individually hand-shaped from premium clay at my Hampshire Downs workbench, this striking duo features deeply chiseled, radiating lines carved entirely by hand, mimicking natural sand patterns and ancient rock strata.
The larger, wide bowl showcases a beautiful raw, unglazed cream stone surface, accentuating the dense, rhythmic chiseled channels that flow outwards to an organic, freeform rim. The accompanying smaller bowl presents a stunning tactile contrast, finished with a pooling, glossy earth-toned glaze that settles deeply into the hand-carved grooves, highlighting every chiseled ridge. Designed to sit beautifully side-by-side or nestle snugly together to form a layered architectural silhouette, these versatile bowls transition effortlessly from functional dining accents to standalone sculptural decor.
- Material: Handmade ceramic featuring a combination of raw unglazed bare stone and pooling artisan gloss glazes.
- Design Details: Deeply chiseled radial exterior and interior relief textures with a fluid, organically undulating rim.
- Best for: Serving small sharing dishes, artisan breads, or styled beautifully on a mantle, console, or open shelving as permanent functional art.
- Care: Wash with care gently by hand to preserve the unique hand-carved stone textures.
Handcarved in white stoneware, larger bowl purely decorative. Smaller bowl can be used as has internal glaze.

Online Shop Returns
I really hope that you are happy with any piece that you purchase from me. However, if you are not, please contact me at snowdropstudio1@gmail.com within seven days of receiving your order and I will arrange a refund or an exchange where possible.
Items must be returned to me in the same condition in which they were sent. I am afraid I am not able to cover any of the return postage costs, and any refund given will have the original outbound postage costs deducted. The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches me, so please ensure you obtain proof of postage when sending it back to my studio.
Shop Returns, Cancellations & Breakages
At Snowdrop Studio, I want you to completely love your unique handmade ceramics. Because every form follows an organic path, no two pieces are ever exactly alike, and slight variations in glaze and texture are part of each item's character.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may return standard, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and securely packed in their original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I highly recommend using a tracked, insured service, as a refund cannot be issued if the item is broken or lost on its journey back to the studio.
- Custom, bespoke, or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellations
- If you change your mind, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchasing.
- Once an item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but it can be processed as a return upon arrival.
Online Shop Breakages
- I take great care when packaging up your order to make sure it reaches you in one piece. Unfortunately, breakages do sometimes occur.
- If your item arrives broken, please photograph the item and email me at snowdropstudio1@gmail.com within two days of receiving it.
- I will arrange a replacement if possible, or a refund.
