A beautiful handcrafted sculpture of a pied wagtail, made using galvanised hexagonal wire. With careful focus on the form and features of the bird, the sculpture shows meticulous attention to detail, and captures the character of the pied wagtail with elegance and charm.
The sculpture is mounted on a kiln dried solid oak plinth which has the artist's name engraved discreetly on the back. The pied wagtail also has a small leg ring with the artist's initials engraved on it for a delicate finishing touch.
Inspired by British wildlife, this sculpture would make a fantastic gift for a bird lover.
