This art kit has everything you need to create a beautiful canvas painting on a generous-sized FSC-certified, Canvas Panel. Not everyone enjoys or is able to join a wider, in-person community, to benefit from some type of therapy, therefore with one of my boxes, it gives the painter the perfect opportunity to reap the reward of art therapy from the comfort of their own home.
You could also organise a regular meet-up with like-minded people and enjoy completing this project as a group (more boxes with different art projects will be available very soon). I would recommend a small group of no more than 10 people and be prepared to enjoy this experience together for at least 2 hours.

FOR SOME, LEAVING THE HOME, BEING SOCIABLE, HAVING A POSITIVE PERCEPTION OF THEMSELVES OR OVERCOMING SCARY THOUGHTS CAN SEEM IMPOSSIBLE. I HAVE FOUND A WAY TO EMPOWER PEOPLE IN A WAY THEY FEEL COMFORTABLE.
