Is 'Sleepy Me' Foot Balm suitable during pregnancy?
Our Sleepy Me Foot Balm is suitable during Pregnancy from 2nd Trimester (After 14 Weeks of Pregnancy).  'Sleepy Me' is wonderful for soothing restless legs and leg cramps during pregnancy, by alleviating discomfort from cramps by improving circulation, by stimulating blood flow, keeping the muscles relaxed and reducing tension. If you do have any medical concerns, it's always best to check with your GP.

'Sleepy Me' is wonderful for little ones, and it's safe for children 6 months and up.  It is an excellent way to promote a good night's sleep and create a comforting bedtime ritual.
