The Heritage Balm is our rich, multipurpose apothecary balm, made with simple botanical ingredients that have long had a place in the cottage garden, herbal cupboard and beehive.
We infuse comfrey and calendula into sunflower oil, then blend them with shea butter, beeswax, vitamin E and propolis to create a beautifully simple balm for dry, weather-worn and stressed-looking skin. It is completely unscented, with no essential oils added.
It is the sort of little green pot you’ll find yourself reaching for again and again — for dry hands, rough knuckles, elbows and anywhere intact skin needs a little extra conditioning and care.

How to use:
Warm a small amount between clean fingertips and massage gently into dry or stressed-looking areas of intact skin. A little goes a long way.

Unscented • Essential-oil free • Concentrated • Handmade in small batches
For external use only. Use on intact skin and avoid the eyes and mucous membranes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days, although dispatch may take slightly longer during busy seasonal periods. We currently deliver within the UK using tracked postal services where possible.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and bath products cannot normally be returned unless faulty.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with photographs, so we can help resolve the issue.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
