Willow Butterfly Kit

Shipping: UK Mainland – Free Delivery and Paid Delivery. I use Royal Mails ParcelForce 48 to deliver the Willow Kits and they will email you when to expect delivery. If they can leave it in a safe place they may, if not, a card should be left for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. Parcel Force will try twice to deliver. After two failed attempts, the parcel is returned to me. In that case, I’ll refund the kit cost minus the original postage, (Unfortunately, I am unable to recover the original postage fee from Parcel Force, as they have fulfilled their obligations in this matter.) or if you’d like me to send it out again, there will be an extra postage charge.
