Delivery All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. There is a charge of £3.95 for orders under £50, delivery is free for orders £50 and over.
I try to keep a small amount of each product ready to post so the majority of orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. If I don't have all the items in stock they will need to be decorated and fired which can take up to 5 working days. If you require your order to arrive for a specific date please send me a message using the 'ask a question' button.
Returns Hopefully you will be happy with your order but if there is a problem please contact me using the 'ask a question' button within 28 days of receiving your item, quoting your order number to arrange a return/replacement. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind please package the item securely so it arrives back with me in a saleable condition. If the product is damaged during the return process then regretfully, I would not be able to refund.
