The print is supplied UNFRAMED but comes presented with a sturdy acid free backing board in a protective clear cellophane sleeve. Prints are carefully wrapped and packaged in a thick cardboard envelope for delivery.

I want you to be delighted with your purchase. Every order is carefully checked and packaged before it leaves my studio in Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland.
Dispatch & Delivery
In-stock items are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Original paintings and larger items may take a little longer to package securely.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my control.
Returns & Cancellations
If you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items can be returned for a full refund, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition.
Unless an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of returning it is the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked or insured service, particularly when returning original artwork.
Personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Great care is taken when packing orders, but if your purchase arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging. I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Original Artwork
Original paintings are unique pieces and are carefully packaged for delivery. Please retain all packaging until you are happy with your purchase. If returning an original painting, it should be repackaged securely in its original packaging wherever possible.
Colours & Handmade Products
I make every effort to represent colours accurately in photographs, although colours can vary slightly between screens. As many of my products feature artwork or handmade elements, small variations may occur and are part of their individual character.
