For bedding: Due to the nature of our products, items can only be returned if they are in their original unopened packaging.
For beds: You can return them after delivery, and you must notify us within 30 days after delivery, as long as they are in reusable/resellable condition, to receive a full refund. Please note that the refund excludes service charges such as assembly and delivery. Also, items with bespoke alterations cannot be returned.
