ABOUT Gabrielle Kassem
I’ m an illustrator and modern calligrapher creating greeting cards, stationery, art and commissioned pieces by hand using dip pens, inks, watercolour paints and crayons. I also use gold and silver metallic paints and pure gold leaf.
I’ m inspired by the natural world and the romantic designs of decorative arts. I was very fortunate to have been taught by Quentin Blake, who encouraged my flowing style.
The greeting card printers are based in Kent and use carbon neutral print presses in a solar-powered warehouse. Their paper is from an FSC-certified supplier. I u…
