Using the finest Peruvian organic cocoa butter to give their perfect texture, we slowly toast milk powder which in packs the most perfect nutty caramel flavour. Then paired with Cornish Sea salt which, his allows us to get the perfect smooth texture and flavour. We grind into the chocolate itself which gives a lovely, rounded flavour.

Cocoa trees grow wild and naturally in the Peruvian amazon then paired with organic Peruvian coffee beans that have a natural chocolatey flavour and deep roast that give a lovely expression flavour to this mocha bar milk with full cream Irish milk give a lovey creamy finish the
Dark milk 50%
Cocoa trees grow wild and naturally in the Peruvian amazon. These beans have a strong chocolate flavour and sweet acidity predominant of citrus fruits, mangos and plumes that give long lasting chocolate notes. Then paired with full cream from Irish milk and unrefined sugar gives a lovely, sweet finish. This dark milk is a great bridge for milk and dark chocolate its creamy like, a milk chocolate but has got plenty of flavour like a really good single origin dark chocolate. If your new to fine dark chocolate scene, then this is a wonderful place to start
Dark milk orange and cardamon
Dried orange zest and cardamom seeds are grinded into organic Peruvian cocoa butter. This pairs perfectly with Peruvian cocoa nibs from the Peruvian Amazon, which add natural citrus notes to the bean. More milk than sugar gives a balanced note to sweet milk chocolate. Perfect at the end of a meal.
Dark Guatemalan 60%
These beans come from small-farmer cooperatives located in Baja and Alta Verapaz in the North of Guatemala. They have Rich notes of red fruit (ripe cherries, blackberries), chocolate and a subtle hint of cream and cardamom.
The dark ugandan 68%
With beans from the Reganog Bundibugyo of Uganda, from organic fairly traded farms this bar has a warm round powerful chocolate body with slight mellow fruit notes. Followed by biscuit hazelnuts. Ending with clean woody notes.
We don’t add any extra cocoa butter to our dark chocolate, which makes our chocolate thicker in texter. This gives a lovely smooth mouth feel. The other reason we do this, is to let the beans do all the talking by not diluting the flavour with cocoa butter. You get the true flavour of the beans, and the sugar allows you to taste the delicate flavours though the bitterness.
These products are truly handmade, we do not use any machines for tempering, moulding, or wrapping. Due to this there will be some occasional marks on the products from the heat of our hands when pressing the foil. We do wear gloves, but it can sometimes show, but we believe this is part of the Artisan charm
