The Story Behind the Design
I'm Leah, the designer behind Contempfleury. From my studio in Devon, I create botanical artwork inspired by flowers, textiles and the British countryside.
Every illustration begins with flowers that I carefully press and preserve before combining them with contemporary embroidery techniques. Using a soft blend of silk and alpaca yarn, I create tactile textile artwork that celebrates the beauty of nature and the joy of handmade craftsmanship.
Each greetings card is reproduced from one of my original embroidered artworks, allowing you to send a thoughtful message while sharing a little piece of botanical artistry.
I will be sending parcels using Royal Mail first class post. Parcels will be sent within three working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday. If you need anything delivered faster, please contact me and I will let you know if it is possible.
