Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days upon acceptance of your order. Shipping: Postage and packaging cost is £6.50 UK addresses only. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service and will require a signature. Returns: We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, we have never had an unhappy customer, however if you are not satisfied please contact us via the 'Ask a Question' button within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a return. Please return the item in its original packaging and use a Signed For, Tracked, Insured Service as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of goods being returned. A refund will be given once the item is received by us in the same condition it was sent out without any damage. Returns are at the customers expense. Damage in shipping: The care we take to pack up your purchase means that it should get to you undamaged, however if it does not, then contact us via the 'Ask a Question' button and we will attempt to solve the problem with you. Let us know as soon as you receive the damaged item, in the first instance please send us a photo of the damage. If you can then kindly return the damaged item along with the original packaging to us on receipt we will reimburse you the return postage and we can then arrange to ship another item to you. Loss of item in shipping: We will offer to ship a new item or refund the cost of the item.
