Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
We aim to keep shipping charges fair and reflective of the true cost of careful packaging and delivery.
Delivery
We dispatch all orders from the United Kingdom.
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), unless otherwise stated. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Delivery is made using a tracked service, meaning your parcel will have a tracking number so its progress can be followed.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur once an order is with the courier and are outside of our control.
Made-to-Order or Small Batch Pieces
Some Flora Percival items are made in small batches or to order. Where this applies, longer processing times may be required.
Any extended dispatch times will be clearly stated on the product listing.
Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to return your item.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Bespoke or made-to-order items
- Personalised products
Where a product is non-returnable, this will always be clearly stated in the product description.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us through the marketplace as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Product Information
We take care to ensure that all product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible.
Please note:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen
- Natural fibres can have subtle variations
- As with all knitwear, gentle pilling and wear over time is normal
These characteristics are part of the nature and longevity of well-made garments.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the marketplace.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it. If it has already been sent, it will need to be returned in line with our returns policy.
