Delivery: I aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days upon acceptance of your order. Shipping: Postage and packaging cost is £6.50 UK addresses only. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Service and will require a signature. Returns: I am as accurate as possible with my images and descriptions to ensure that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied, please contact me via the 'Ask a Question' button within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a return. Please return the item in its original packaging and use a Signed For, Tracked, Insured Service as I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of goods being returned. A refund will be given once the item is received providing that it is in the same condition it was sent out without any damage. Returns are at the customer’s expense. Damage in shipping: Great care is taken when packaging all orders so that your order should arrive undamaged, however if it does not, then contact me using the 'Ask a Question' button and I will attempt to solve the problem with you. Let me know as soon as you receive the damaged item, in the first instance please send a photo of the damage. Then return the damaged item along with the original packaging and on receipt a refund will be issued to the account that was used to purchase the order. Loss of item in shipping: I will offer to ship a new item or refund the cost of the item.
