Processing Times

All artwork is carefully prepared and packaged from my studio in rural Lincolnshire.

• Original Artwork: Dispatched within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated.
• Fine Art Prints: Produced and dispatched within 3–7 working days as each print is individually colour matched and quality checked.

If there are any unexpected delays, I will always contact you as soon as possible.

Packaging

Protecting your artwork is extremely important to me. All items are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive safely.

• Original artwork is securely wrapped using protective materials and sturdy packaging.
• Prints are packaged flat or rolled in protective sleeves and strong postal tubes or reinforced envelopes depending on size.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from the UK. Unless otherwise stated shipping is free.

• Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
• Tracking is included where available.
• International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or duties charged by their country.

Delivery times may vary, particularly during busy seasonal periods, but I will always dispatch orders promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

I hope you love your artwork, but if you are not completely happy, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued once the artwork has been safely returned.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on:

• Custom or commissioned artwork
• Personalised items

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and artwork. I will always work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order is lost in transit, please get in touch and I will investigate with the courier service.

Commissions

I occasionally accept commissioned artwork inspired by British wildlife or farm animals. Availability may vary. Please contact me directly to discuss ideas, pricing and timescales.
