Bespoke, handmade products therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us beforehand. In the unlikely event of a quality issue, please contact us via the ‘Ask a Question’ button on the website, within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Items being returned must be in their original state with all labelling intact, carefully packaged in the original packaging. Product must only be returned using a tracked and insured delivery service. Returned orders are at your own cost and must arrive in perfect order. If your order has arrived damaged due to its transit, please contact us immediately - we only have 7 days to make a claim with the courier company. Please keep all packaging and take images of the packaging and the product as proof. We will reimburse you as soon as the issue has been resolved.
