Delivery
I aim to post orders the next working day after you have purchased your item.
I use Royal Mail first Signed For service, which should arrive the next working day after I have posted your order.
So, I you place your order on a Tuesday, I will post on Wednesday to hopefully arrive to you on Thursday. Please note that Delivery is not guaranteed to arrive on a weekend.
Returns
Please get in touch as soon as you can if you would like to return your order. I would ask that you pay the postage to return the item. Once I have received the parcel, provided no damage has occurred to the sculpture, I am happy to issue a full refund.
In the unlikely event of your parcel arriving to you damaged, I would ask that you get in touch as soon as you can with a photograph. I will offer to repair or replace the sculpture. Please note that each sculpture is one of a kind and cannot be replicated exactly.
