Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- Delivery time after dispatch is typically 2–4 working days.
- “Tracked Delivery” means your parcel includes a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
- Delivery times refer to working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- For bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items, dispatch times may be longer. The estimated timeframe will always be stated in the product listing.
- You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.

Returns
You have the right to return most items if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged securely.
- You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made pottery
- Made-to-order pieces
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
