About the hot chocolate:
Cocoa trees grow wild and naturally in the Peruvian Amazon. These beans have a strong chocolate flavour and sweet acidity predominant in citrus fruits, mangos and plumes that give long-lasting chocolate notes. Paired with full cream from Irish milk and unrefined sugar, it gives a lovely sweet finish. This dark milk is a great bridge between milk and dark chocolate; It is creamy like milk chocolate but has plenty of flavour like a good single-origin dark chocolate. If you are new to the fine dark chocolate scene then this is a wonderful place to start
Serving instructions
1. Add 25g of chocolate nuggets to 200ml of milk, put on a medium heat and bring to the boil while whisking.
2. If you like a lighter hot chocolate use 250ml milk.
3. If you like a thick Italian-style hot chocolate use 150ml milk.
