This is a Bourbon Negroni, a rich and warming version of the classic Negroni, a winter Negroni, if you will. The word Boulevardier is effectively ‘a person that frequents boulevards (or tree lined avenues)’ and is associated with those avenues in Paris. We use our very own Old Chapter Whisky, Campari, sweet vermouth and add our own orange bitters mix to create a Fat Adam’s version of The Boulevardier.
