Well said Captain Aubrey, I couldn’t agree more. Here’s my Naval Negroni, but my tribute to those sailors from the age of sail! I was wondering how many traditional cocktails could have an ingredient swapped out for really good quality rum. After creating my delicious Naval Old Fashioned, I thought it was time for A Naval Negroni. Our very own superb Fat Adam’s Rum, from the award winning Hawksridge Distillery gives this Negroni a different, smoother and sweeter profile.
