This beautiful painting is a stunning abstract interpretation of a summer wildflower meadow bursting with colour and delight - inspired by the artist’s dog walks through her nearby Sherwood Forest and local fields and meadows.
This beautiful piece on a thin-edged framed canvas is named “Lazy” as part of a three-piece collection. “I wanted to have the titles of all three rhyming. The name ‘Lazy’ reminded me how perfectly still, summer meadows are. They entice us in to sit, settle and admire perhaps making us have an almost lazy persona”
