Your lampshade is usually handmade and dispatched within five working days using a tracked 48-hour courier service.
Each order is carefully packaged using strong, biodegradable and fully recyclable materials to ensure it arrives safely.
Your order will be made from scratch and sent by courier for large items or post for small through the letterbox items.
Please note that the handmade nature of the lampshades means that they can take up to two weeks to be made. (Happy to try hitting a deadline if I know about it when the order is placed.)If you need to return an order please let me know asap which needs to be within 30 days of purchase.
You need to pay for the return postage and the item must arrive back to me in excellent condition to get your refund.
If something arrives damaged please let me know asap with photos of the damaged packaging as well as the damaged item.
