Due to the customisation of the baskets, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver your order or you receive the wrong item.
In this case, please contact us and include photographic evidence of the issue within three days after receiving your order.
The Happily Hooked is a bespoke basket company whilst placing your online order, please ensure you are certain when choosing the right colour and size of the basket, it is your own responsibility and we cannot accept returns if you decide that you don't like the colour or size of your basket.
You are responsible for the return and shipping costs.
If the items are not returned in their original condition, you will be responsible for any loss of value.
If the basket is faulty, and the happily hooked is responsible, we will give a full refund or offer an exchange, only after receipt of receiving the basket back to us at HQ. Please email us thehappilyhooked@outlook.com and we can discuss further the issue and find a suitable resolution for you.
